I’ve spent the last several years at Florida Atlantic University leading operations and analytics initiatives that make things run smoother, smarter, and more cost-effectively. I manage a 7-figure budget, handling everything from forecasting and reconciliation to building financial tracking systems that helped reduce costs by more than 15% in one year. I’m deeply involved in using tools like Power BI and Excel to create dashboards that pull from seven years of historical data to guide better decision-making across teams.

One of the projects I’m proud of is transitioning our Graduating Student Survey from Baseline to Handshake. We not only maintained a response rate above 85%, but the insights have helped improve how we support student career outcomes. I also serve as the CRM admin for Handshake, which means I manage everything from account access and data imports to training staff and supporting events and surveys.

Day to day, I work closely with finance, HR, employer relations, and leadership teams to keep things aligned and efficient. Whether it’s reconciling accounts, onboarding new hires, or building out performance reports, I enjoy finding ways to simplify processes and make data work for us. I’ve also started incorporating AI tools and labor market datasets like Burning Glass and BLS to stay ahead of workforce trends and support the broader mission of student success.
