Project Outcome:
By integrating data from Workday, Touchnet, and Handshake, this dashboard provided a centralized and visualized overview of key metrics. It significantly improved the ability to track, compare, and manage financial data, resulting in a 15% reduction in expenses during the last fiscal year.

This initial dashboard tab enables users to toggle between fiscal years and account tags, providing a clear visual comparison of budgeted versus actual figures for both expenses and revenue.
The second dashboard tab displays the variance percentage between budgeted and actual figures, with interactive filters for fiscal year and account tags.
The third dashboard tab breaks down expenses by account tag and visualizes the distribution through an interactive pie chart, making it easier to identify spending patterns and evaluate resource allocation across different categories.
The fourth dashboard tab focuses on the Foundation account, which captures donations made to the Career Center. It provides a historical view of the account's activity along with a trend line to visualize the trajectory of the balance over time, supporting strategic planning and stewardship of donor funds.
This tab presents an annual comparison of expenses versus revenue within the Foundation account, accompanied by a trend line that illustrates a healthy and positive financial progression, helping stakeholders assess fiscal sustainability and growth of donated funds.
The final dashboard tab provides financial projections for the Foundation account, estimating how long it will take to reach various revenue goals based on current income and expense trends. This forward-looking view supports strategic planning and long-term goal setting
